Hayley Burns is a Project Manager in TRC’s Advanced Energy Practice with 10 years industry experience working with utility clients and their customers. Located in Oklahoma City, Hayley is responsible for managing and supporting the implementation of utility demand response programs for OG&E that incentivize installation of energy saving technologies and educating customers on the behavioral changes needed to achieve energy reduction and grid resilience.
